These groups offer sessions for players from grades 1 to 5, allowing them to progress alongside children of a similar standard.  Our team of tutors introduce orchestral technique and ensemble playing through exploration of different musical styles and periods. Players work on carefully graded repertoire that enables them to make rapid progress in an enjoyable way. 

We offer Junior and Intermediate orchestras in Gloucester on Saturday mornings and at Dean Close Prep School in Cheltenham on Saturday afternoons. 

We run a chamber music group in Cheltenham on a Saturday afternoon for string players from grade 4 to grade 7+.  

This group provides excellent progression for developing players, improving ensemble and sight-reading skills. There are 10 sessions each term.

Junior String Orchestra - Saturday 12pm-1pm in Gloucester (Barbican House), 3pm-4pm in Cheltenham (Dean Close Prep School) costing £76 per 10-week term.

Intermediate Orchestra - Saturday 11am-12pm in Gloucester (Barbican House), 3-4pm in Cheltenham (Dean Close Prep School) costing £76 per 10-week term.

Chamber Music - 5pm-5.45pm in Cheltenham (Dean Close) costing £63 per 10-week term.
