Gloucestershire Academy of Music hosts individual lessons for any standard of musician, and serves as an examination centre, for both ABRSM exams and GAM's own exams.

Individual tutoring for a range of instruments
GAM offers individual music tuition at Barbican House for any standard, from complete beginners to advanced players and from pre-school-age children to adult. We also offer violin and piano lessons at Dean Close School on Saturday afternoons.

GAM also offers its own highly successful syllabus of junior string and singing exams.
An alternative exam option for string players and singers, GAM exams includes Preliminary, Grade 1, 2, 3, and 4.
