GAM offers individual music tuition at Barbican House for any standard, from complete beginners to advanced players and from pre-school-age children to adult. We also offer individual piano and violin lessons at Dean Close School on Saturday afternoons.

Lessons at Barbican House run in termtime after school until around 8pm, and on Saturday mornings. We also offer piano and cello lessons on Saturday afternoons.

We also now offer piano lessons during the day on week days, and violin during the day on Mondays, aimed at adults who want to re-start playing, or take up playing for the first time!

Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass),
Woodwind (Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Recorder),
Brass (Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, French Horn, Cornet, Tenor Horn),
Guitar, Piano and Voice.

Lessons typically last 30 minutes, depending on the instrument, student's age, and their level of ability. Lessons are charged at £23 per 30 minute session for up to 33 lessons per year.
