When will my place be confirmed? 

Places are confirmed in March when the spread of instruments and voices is known.  

Can I pay in instalments? 

Applicants are welcome to opt for the payment plan once your application has been confirmed.

What provision is there for those with disabilities?

Please indicate on the booking form if you have disability that may impair your enjoyment and we will do our best to assist.   

The boarding houses have lift access. There is an accessible room, please indicate on the booking form, if you would like this room. 

We can arrange for a disabled parking space to be made available for you throughout the course and if you need to you can take your car the short distance between the buildings.  Although the school is set on the side of the hill, most of the areas we access are relatively flat.  

Most of the music sessions take place on the ground floor in the main school and there is a stair lift to access the large room on the upper floor. 

What can I expect to be supplied in my room?

The rooms all have en-suite facilities with linen, towels and soap provided. Each has a safe and Wi-Fi access. 

Can my non-participating partner come along too?

Your spouse or partner is welcome to come along too, please indicate this on your booking form. 

Can you cater for someone with an allergy?

We will do our best to accommodate attendees who suffer from allergies.  The college is a nut free site and we ask that you to list your allergies and dietary needs on your booking form. 

Will I have an opportunity to play more than one instrument?

Please indicate on your booking form if you would like to bring along another instrument and we will do our best to enable you to play (subject to the musical requirements).  

As an instrumentalist, would there be an opportunity to sing as well?

Some players opt to sing with David Allinson just for the 9.30am session.

Will I know who else will be attending?

We are happy to include your name on a participants list if you wish that will be distributed with the course notes.

Will I receive the music beforehand?

We distribute the music for David Allinson’s morning choir beforehand but all other music is distributed on the course.

Will there be any additional music available for me to use during my free time?

We will have some music available for attendees to borrow.
