Charges
Full Board: Includes an en-suite room for the 5 nights. Participation in all music sessions and all meals and refreshments during the day. £tbc
Full Board shared room: Includes a shared room with ensuite for the 5 nights. Participation in all music sessions and all meals and refreshments during the day. £tbc
Non-Resident: includes participation in all music sessions, refreshments during the day, lunch and supper. £tbc
Non-participating partners are also welcome to stay us at a reduced fee.
Students: We would love to welcome students to join us and financial help is available via our bursary fund.
We are keen to assist wherever possible and bursaries and financial assistance are available from the David Fletcher Bursary Fund. More information can be found in our Bursaries and Student section.
Alternatively, we would be very happy to accept donations in support of the Bursary Fund, please indicate this on your booking form.
How does the booking system work?
Please register your interest by using our booking portal Paritor.
Please register for your place before 1st March 2027
Confirmation of your place:
We aim to confirm places in late March and you will receive details on how to accept the offer and make your payment. You are welcome to split your payment if you wish (details of how to do this are included when you access the payment page).

Late applications – We are happy to consider late applications and particularly if we have any need to fill a gap in the instrumentation or voice.
